The following Cookie Policy defines the rules for saving and accessing data on Users' Devices using the Website for the purposes of providing services electronically by the Service Administrator.

§ 1 DEFINITIONS

  • Website - website operating at pelletstar.pl
  • External website - websites of partners, service providers or service recipients of the Administrator
  • Administrator - PS2 Sp. z o.o., conducting business at: ul. Kapelanka 12, 30-347 Kraków, with tax identification number (NIP): 6762612897, providing services electronically through the Website and storing and accessing information on the User's device
  • User - a natural person for whom the Administrator provides services electronically through the Service.
  • Device - a digital device with software through which the User has access to the Website
  • Cookies - text data collected in the form of files placed on the User's Device

§ 2 TYPES OF COOKIES

  • Internal cookies - data placed and loaded from the User's Device by the Website's ICT system
  • External cookies - information placed and read from the User's Device by ICT systems of External Services
  • Session cookies - data placed and read from the User's Device by the Website or external Websites during one session of a given Device. After the session ends, the files are deleted from the User's Device.
  • Persistent cookies - information placed and read from the User's Device by the Website or external Websites until they are manually deleted. The information is not automatically deleted after the Device session ends unless the User's Device configuration is set to delete Cookie files after the Device session ends.

§ 3 SECURITY

  • Methods of storage and access - Methods of storing and reading Cookies do not allow downloading any personal data or any confidential information from the User's Device. Transfer of viruses, Trojans and other worms to the User's Device is practically impossible.
  • Internal cookies - Internal Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for Users' Devices
  • External cookies - The Administrator is not responsible for the security of Cookie files originating from Website partners. The list of partners is included in the further part of the Cookie Policy.

§ 4 PURPOSES FOR WHICH COOKIE FILES ARE USED

Improving and simplifying access to the Website - The Administrator may store in Cookie files data about user preferences and settings regarding the Service to improve, increase quality and speed up the provision of services within the Service.

Login - The Administrator uses Cookie files for logging in Users to the Website.

Promotion and advertising - The Administrator and External Websites use Cookie files for promotional purposes and displaying advertisements to Users.

Statistical data - The Administrator and External Websites use Cookie files to collect and analyze statistical data such as visit statistics, User Device statistics or user behavior statistics. This data is collected to analyze and improve the Website.

Providing multimedia services - The Administrator and External Websites use Cookie files to serve multimedia services to Users.

Social platforms - The Administrator and External Services use Cookie files to support social networking services

§ 5 EXTERNAL WEBSITES

The Administrator may cooperate with the following external services, which may place Cookie files on Users' Devices:

  • Google (Analytics, YouTube, others)
  • Facebook
  • HotJar
  • Online chat services (such as Czater, Smartsupp, others)
  • Hosting provider

§ 6 OPTIONS FOR SETTING CONDITIONS FOR STORAGE AND ACCESS ON USER'S DEVICE BY THE WEBSITE AND EXTERNAL WEBSITES

  • The User can at any time independently modify settings regarding saving, deleting and accessing data stored in Cookie files in their web browser.
  • The User has the ability at any time to delete all Cookie files saved so far using the tools of the User's Device through which the User uses the Website's services.

§ 7 DISCLAIMER

  • The Administrator takes all possible measures to ensure the security of data placed in Cookie files. However, it should be noted that the guarantee of security of this data depends on both parties, including the User's activity and the security status of the device they use.
  • The Administrator does not accept responsibility for interception of data contained in Cookie files, impersonation of the User's session or their deletion, as a result of conscious or unconscious activity of the User, viruses, Trojans and other spyware with which the User's Device may be infected.
  • Users should follow cybersecurity rules on the network to protect themselves against the threats mentioned in the previous point.
  • Services provided by third parties are beyond the Administrator's control. These entities may change their terms of service, purpose and use of cookie files at any time. The Administrator is not responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for the operation of cookies used by partner sites. Users can independently manage permissions and cookie file settings for any website at any time.

§ 8 SERVICE REQUIREMENTS

  • Restricting the saving and access to Cookie files on the User's Device may cause some Service functions to malfunction.
  •  The Administrator bears no responsibility for improperly functioning Service functions in the event that the User restricts in any way the ability to save and read Cookie files.

§ 9 CHANGES TO THE COOKIE POLICY

  • The Administrator reserves the right to make any changes to this Cookie Policy without the need to inform users about it.
  • Changes made to the Cookie Policy will always be published on this page.
  • Changes made come into force on the day of publication of the Cookie Policy.
